There are infinite combos for juice and truth be told I rarely stick to a ‘recipe’. For me, it’s mostly what I have on hand, my go-to’s. Usually cucumber, celery, greens, lemon, and sometimes green apple, ginger, or turmeric. This ‘Daily Greens’ juice is one that is a regular though. It’s usually made at the end of the week and incorporates the greens what I have left. I always have lettuce, celery, cilantro, and parsley on my list, so often I purchase just a little more for a juice.

So here’s the goods on this juice:
- Lettuce, which isn’t too common in juice offers loads of benefits but has a mild taste making it great for juice. It contains phosphorus, great for teeth and bones and Vitamin A which contains antioxidants and helps fight free radicals (what causes ruckus in our bodies)
- Celery. A super powerhouse for juice. Some of the benefits include helping balance the body’s PH, is a natural diuretic to keep regular, and is cooling while fighting inflammation. Celery also contains electrolytes which which helps keep the body hydrated.
- Parsley. Contains chlorophyll, iron, and other minerals. Helps freshen breath! Also helps remove particles from urinary tract, which is awesome for those prone to UTI’s.
- Cilantro. Helps pull and rid the body of heavy metal toxins. rich in vitamins, minerals and is a total immune booster.
- Green Apple. Green apples are lower in sugar than most other apples, making it great for juicing. They are also loaded with antioxidants which helps protect the body from environmental stress.
