I have a handful of yummy cookie recipes on hand for when I’m craving a treat at night. I love these tahini cookies because they aren’t too sweet but definitely treat the sweet tooth right. The tahini adds a nice density and nutty flavor too. They are gluten free, refined sugar free, and minimal ingredients. Though they take a bit longer than your average 9-12 minutes cookies, the low hear and longer baking keeps them soft on the inside.
