Anyone else try to limit their caffeine intake? I have to watch it during the colder months because nothing sounds cozier than a big cup of coffee. In reality, I can’t handle more than 1 cup or my adrenals get all messed up, anxiety kicks in; all the fun stuff. Lately I’ve been sticking to a half cup by blending coffee it with some warmed up {homemade} nut milk, a little calafiafarms creamer, some ommushrooms powders, and vitalprotiens marine collegen for all the froth. Warms me up and gives me a little kick with half the caffeine and none of the crappy side effect
Blend everything in a Vitamix for about 15 seconds. Enjoy your warm, frothy coffee!
