The slightest warm up with the weather had me jumping right back to smoothie bowls for breakfast. I’m a total savory person but something about a morning smoothie really hits the spot. I load it with fiber from fruits which keeps me full. Plus it’s a great way to sneak in a couple handfuls of greens, which you can never taste. Add in a scoop of protein powder or nut butter, and you’ve got it all! My Vitamix is perfect for getting a fluffy, perfectly blended consistency too. I add just enough nut milk or water to get it moving and use the tamper to keep it going. Perfection!

My favorite mushroom powders to add are from Om Mushrooms. I think they are good quality and affordable, at least compared to a lot of other high quality brands. I also like that they are bulk and not single serving sizes, which cuts down on packaging waste.
