Smoothies and smoothie bowls are a staple for me. It’s an easy way to get in so many good things like fruits and vegetables, plus all the healthy stuff that comes with those. I don’t know if it’s the warmer summer months or pregnancy, but I crave a good smoothie bowl now more than ever.
This is a staple; banana, berries, nut butter, and a plant based protein powder. I’m loving the Four Sigmatic protein powder. It’s also got a bunch of amazing mushrooms in it, which makes it more of a complete add in for me. Blended this and creamy, with some toppings like more fruit or chopped nuts, and you’ve got yourself a bowl of deliciousness.
