Rice the cauliflower in a blender if it's not already. You just pulse it until its the consistancy of rice. Place in a bowl and do the same thing wuiththe walnuts. Place those in a bowl too
Toss in the seasoing and coat the mixture. Then stir through the tomato sauce.
Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, gently toss then bake for another 15 minutes.
