I love this bowl for a change up on my standard vegetable bowl. The flavorful, crispy tofu is delicious paired with citrus rice and nicely complimented with fresh radish slices. The tofu takes a little work to press the water out, then marinate, but if you do this early, it all comes together quickly. I try to press the tofu for at least 15 minutes so as to get out as much of the water as possible. This will help get it nice and crispy. I just pair this with some brown rice, a drizzle of the marinade, and topped with sesame seeds, green onion, and radish. It would also be great with some roasted veggies.

I usually make a batch of grains over the weekend. This way all I have to do is heat it up. One less step during a busy week!
