- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- pinch cloves & black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp monkfruit sweetner or regular sugar
- milk a couple of splashes to get the right consistancey.
Instructions
- in a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients then whisk in the eggs, cottage cheese, butter, and milk, just a little milk at a time to get the right consistency. The batter will be thick. I find 2 tbsp gets it right.
- Add about ¼ cup of batter into a warm buttered pan. Cook for a few minutes each side then flip.
