These muffins are perfect for fall. Filled with pumpkin and all the right spices. They are super fluffy too, just like a bakery muffin. Though they are best right out of the oven, they heat up nicely and get back their bounce and fluff. I like them plain but a little drizzle of nut butter takes them to another level. And trust me on warm, that’s how you have to eat them. You could go cold, but they are more dense and somehow taste less pumpkin spice-y. I don’t know why, I just know to heat them up. They are gluten free and refined sugar free, bonus!
