Want an easy switch up to your usual breakfast? Load up some vegan chocolate chip banana bread. I usually go for a smoothie or eggs, but lately a thick slice of my favorite banana bread with all the toppings has been a nice switch a couple days a week. I make a loaf of the bread when I have a few extra ripe bananas, cut it into slices, and freeze. All I have to do then is heat up a piece when I need something different. Also makes a tasty snack idea.
Just warm up a slice of the banana bread and load up. I love adding a couple tablespoons of natural yogurt, fresh berries, and a drizzle of nut butter. The best!
