Instructions
Defrost the pound cake for at least 15 minutes so you can cut it.
Cut the cake horizontally in three slicesIn the cake tin. Lay a long piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper, enough to wrap around the cake at least once.
Lay one piece of cake down. Spread one heaping cup of softened ice cream. Layer the second slice of cake. Spread another heaping cup of ice cream. Last cake layer and one more cup of softened ice cream.
Wrap in plastic tightly and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. When you're ready to serve, spread a thick layer of cool whip on the top. Sides too if you want. You can add sprinkles or any other toppings. Cut and serve!
