Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8oz block of softened cream cheese
  • 4 oz plain goat cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp pepper jelly
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • crackers or toasted bread for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Place the cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, and salt in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until combined and light and fluffy.
  • Spread into a smaller shallow, oven safe dish. Spread the jelly over the cheese. Warm in the oven for about 7 minutes. You just need to warm it.
  • Remove and sprinkle chives on top. Dip in and enjoy!
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Warm up any leftovers when ready to eat again.
