Start by cooking the sausage in a large pot Try it break it down into smaller pieces. Cook for about 8 minutes until browned. Remove from the large pan and set aside
In the same pan, cook the onion and garlic with a good pinch of salt for about 3 minutes. Then add the kale and cook for a few minutes until the kale is bright green and wilted.
Pour in the stock and pasta and bring to a boil. Give the pasta a stir every couple minutes to make sure it all gets cooked. Cooks for about 10 minutes.
Turn heat down to low, stir in the cream, parm, and sausage with a little salt and pepper. Cook for a couple minutes until its all warmed through. Top with more parm if wanted and adjust for salt and pepper.
