Golden Milk Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • pinch cloves & black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp monkfruit sweetner or regular sugar
  • milk a couple of splashes to get the right consistancey.

Instructions
 

  • in a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients then whisk in the eggs, cottage cheese, butter, and milk, just a little milk at a time to get the right consistency. The batter will be thick. I find 2 tbsp gets it right.
  • Add about ¼ cup of batter into a warm buttered pan. Cook for a few minutes each side then flip.
