If you can refrigerate for about 10 minutes, do that. Then spoon out into 12 cookies. You can skip straight to spooning out the dough if you can't refrigerate. Cook 10-12 minutes until the edges start to brown.
Leave on the baking sheet for a few minutes after removing them from the oven. Then move to a wire rack to cool. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a covered dish.
