mini cholate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg, banana, sugar, vanilla, and oil. Then stir in the zucchini.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt until just combined. Lightly stir in the chocolate.
Spoon into muffin tins or parchment lined tins. Grease if necessary. Bake for 30 minutes.
Store sealed at room temp for 3 days. Don't store in the fridge.
