Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and orange zest. Stir in the Greek yogurt until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- While the loaf cools, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Spread the frosting over the completely cooled loaf. Sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
