1/2tspcumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1candrained butter beansor white bean of choice
1lbdiced tomatoes canned works too
juice from 1/2 a medium lemon
salt & pepper
Instructions
Start by sauteing the onion until soft, about 3-5 minutes, over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add a big pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Stir in the harissa pasta and seasoning. Coat the onion. Stir in the beans and tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes. Stir through the lemon juice at the end and adjust salt and pepper if needed. Serve over rice or plain. Top with plain yogurt and fresh herbs if you want too!
