Preheat oven to 425.
In a skillet, brown the ground sausage for about 10 minutes. Season with a little salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Turn off heat and stir in the breadcrumbs.
In a small bowl, mix the parm and mozzarella.
Lay out the puff pastry. Cut into 6 squares.
In the skillet, portion off the meat into 6 little servings. This will make it easier to fill the rolls.
Spoon the filling into one square at a time, leaving about a half inch perameter. Top the meat with some cheese.
Gently roll the puff pastry. Place seem side down on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush the rolls with a whisked egg. Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool slightly and serve with dipping sauce.
