Instructions
Heat oven to 450.
On a large sheet pan, spread out the gnocchi on one side, then the sliced sausage on another. Bake for 10 minutes
Remove sheet pan and spread the shredded brussel sprouts and kale over pan. Gently toss with sweet potato and sausage, then spread out again. Bake for another 5 minutes. Remove.
Spoon the pesto over the pan and give it another gentle toss to coat it all with the pesto. Enjoy!
