- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the wet ingredients with the sugar. The egg, maple, tahini, and vanilla with the coconut sugar.
- Then mix the flours and a pinch of salt until just combined. Careful not to over mix. The stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon into a greased or parchment lined 8x8 dish. Spread the batter evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove then cool.
Notes
- you can use regular sugar over the maple or coconut sugar. This will make it a lot sweeter, so I would half one of the other sugars.
