Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook the turkey sausage until browned and crumbled.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, Fairlife milk, 1 cup of Monterey cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread the sausage evenly in the baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over it.
Arrange the tater tots on top in a single layer.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are golden.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
