These quick and easy bites will make everyone happy.
All you need is a few simple ingredients and a few minutes of your time. You can eat them right away or store them in the freezer for later. Since sliced banana doesn’t store well in the fridge or at room temp, I do suggest popping them in the freezer if not eaten right away. I actually like them frozen. Plus, with the crunch of the pretzel, the sweetness of the chocolate, and the creaminess of the peanut butter and banana, you can customize the recipe to whatever you and your family are craving. Not to mention, they’re fun to assemble and look as good as they taste. So why not make a batch and let everyone enjoy a delectable treat?
For this recipe, I like to pick slightly less ripe bananas as they are a bit more firm. For the chocolate, I like these chocolate chips. They have less sugar and amazing ingredients. The peanut butter I use is always the Costco one. Peanuts are the only ingredients, it has great flavor, and it’s runny so it’s easy to use. You can also top it with a little sprinkle of sea salt too. We eat them after the chocolate hardens but if I can sneak a few away, I like to pop them in the freezer. They make great frozen treats.
