- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and greasing a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mix over the batter, then top with the remaining batter and cinnamon sugar. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack
