Method
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each piece in flour, then egg, then the panko mixed with Parmesan.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray and air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together all of the Caesar dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Mix together the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush the cut sides of the rolls and toast until golden.
- Lightly toss the chopped romaine with a few spoonfuls of the Caesar dressing.
- Spread additional dressing on the toasted rolls, add the crispy chicken, top with the Caesar salad and fresh Parmesan, then finish with the top half of the garlic bread.
- Serve immediately while everything is warm and crispy.
