Method
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Using your hands is easiest. Add more flour if it's too sticky.
- Once you can form it into a ball, cut into 4 equal parts. Roll those into balls then form into a bagel.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. I like to brush with egg, top with a little more cheddar and the sliced jalapenos.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy on top. Best served warm and toasted.
