Meatball Flatbread

Ingredients
  

Per Flatbread
  • 1 pre-cooked flatbread Aldi and Trader Joe's have great ones
  • 6-10 small meatballs, cooked I use defrosted frozen meatballs
  • 1/3 cup Pizza or marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Spread sauce over flatbread. Cut meatballs in half then place most of them cut side down on sauce. Cover with cheese. Use any remaining meatballs on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and starting to bubble.
