Oat Flour Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup more for sweeter
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Place everything into a large blender. Blend until smooth
  • Warm a waffle iron and spray with cooking oil. Place about 1/4 cup of batter into the center (depending on the size of the waffle iron). Cook until done.
  • Add whatever toppings you like. Place leftovers wrapped in the fridge and reheat when ready to enjoy
