Oat Flour Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup more for sweeter
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Place everything into a large blender. Blend until smooth
  2. Warm a waffle iron and spray with cooking oil. Place about 1/4 cup of batter into the center (depending on the size of the waffle iron). Cook until done.
  3. Add whatever toppings you like. Place leftovers wrapped in the fridge and reheat when ready to enjoy
