almond milk or any milk of choice
add more to get the consistency you want

fresh mint leaves, more or less

large handfuls of spinach or 1 cup frozen

large handful of ice

small chocolate or oreo type cookie
Optional for adding crushed to the top
Method
Place everything except the cookies in a high speed blender, liquid first.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and top with crushed cookies.
