Smoothies are my go-to breakfast, and even though I’m a creature of habit, this keeps me trying out new combinations so I don’t get bored. I was pleasantly surprised when I chucked a handful of frozen raspberries into a banana spinach smoothie. The combo is seriously refreshing and nutritious. Topped off with some nut butter and cacao nibs creates a perfectly tasty smoothie bowl. I like to add something to chew on top of my smoothies. This makes the body release enzymes that help you digest better.
