Lasagna Skillet

April 12, 2022 by Gina +

A good lasagna is not something we take lightly in our house. It's my mom's best dish and her sauce takes over a day to make. So if I take on lasagna, you know I have to do it right. Tacos! Who doesn't love a taco? These are simple tacos with ground chicken but with a veggie boost with lots of onion and pepper. When you add more vegetables as toppings, like shredded lettuce and avocado, you get these gorgeous, vibrant tacos. Growing up, taco nights were some of my favorite nights. My mom made a big pan of meat, either ground chicken or ground meat. Lots of yummy
