🔥🍯 Hot Honey Buffalo Wraps that are easy, a little spicy, and SO good you’ll want them every week! Ready in minutes with simple ingredients, these wraps are perfect for busy days. 🙌

✨ Save this post so you can whip these up anytime! And don’t forget to share with someone who loves a little heat with their meal. 🌶️🍴

Ingredients:

2 large tortillas (I use @missionfoodsus car balance)
1 cup shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
2 spoonfuls of Greek yogurt to make it creamier
2 tbsp hot honey
ranch or blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions:
Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt.
In a hot pan, lay down 1 tortilla. Top with shredded cheese and chicken mixture then a little drizzle of hot honey. Once the cheese is melting, fold the tortilla.
Flip once more when it’s crispy.
Remove from heat, open, top with lettuce and a drizzle of dressing.
* I like to heat my chicken up before I place it in the tortilla to make sure it’s warm throughout

My take on the Starbucks grilled cheese 🧀

SAVE this for some delish comfort food and send to a cheese loving friend 😍

Mix 2 tbsp of butter with 1 tbsp Parmesan
Spread on 2 large slices of sourdough
On the non buttered side spread 1 tbsp pesto or pesto rosso Top with white cheddar, mozzarella, 1 tbsp Parmesan
Grill until crispy and perfect

Cranberry Brie Bites

The appetizer that will definitely be devoured quickly. My family loves these so much we will just make them for a weekend snack. Good thing they’re so easy!

What you’ll need 👇🏼
1 sheet of puff pastry
Canned cranberry sauce (about 1/2 cup)
1 brie round cut into cubes
Candied nuts like pecans or walnuts
Finely diced rosemary

Preheat your oven to 375. Cut the puff pastry into 2 inch squares. I use a mini muffin tin, greased, and put the puff pastry in those molds. You could try to do this without the mold, but this is a lot easier. Stuff with a little block of cheese, top with a little cranberry, sprinkle some chopped candied nuts, then bake for about 15 -17 minutes. Once removed, you can top with the rosemary.

This tortilla is PACKED. Cheese on the outside, lo

In a non stick skillet, melt cheese of choice for half a tortilla. Once the cheese is melting and bubbling, lay a large tortilla (I use carb balance) over. Layer the warmed up, seasoned chicken * and some nacho cheese.
Once the cheese is crispy, flip to cook the other side.
After it’s all cooked, open, add shredded cheese, sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, diced tomato, then close.

*For the chicken, I warm up shredded chicken with taco seasoning for more flavor.

• 2 cans crescent roll dough
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
• ½ lb mild Italian sausage, cooked
• 8 scrambled eggs mixed (with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, optional. Adds protein and makes them creamy
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)

🔪 Instructions:
1️⃣ Arrange crescent rolls in a ring on a baking sheet.
2️⃣ cook the eggs and add cottage cheese if you want. Fill with 3/4 of the cheese, cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and the rest of the cheese.
3️⃣ Fold over the crescent dough to seal the ring.
4️⃣ Brush with melted butter and bake at 375°F for 20-25 mins until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite hot sauce or salsa! 🌶️😋

1 container @GoodCulture cottage cheese, blended with 1 cup milk
1 package (sugar free) vanilla pudidng
1 ¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 cups heavy cream
2 tsp pumpkin spice
¼ monkfruit sweetener or regular sugar – optional but adds a little more sweetness
Crushed graham crackers for topping *optional
